Leandro was very responsive and handled the check-in quickly in person.  The property was spotless and quiet despite being near a main road. All linens and essentials (soap, washing items, etc.) were provided and nicely arranged when we arrived.

Leandro’s exceptional hospitality and clear welcome book made us feel at home. The jacuzzi and sauna were perfect for relaxation. Located near Matera, it’s ideal for those seeking comfort,tranquility, and luxury. Highly recommended—we look forward to returning!

Leandro was a wonderful host who kindly offered us a lift from the bus station on a rainy day. The apartment was very clean and tidy. We enjoyed walking to the town center, discovering lovely restaurants, shops, and sights. Highly recommend visiting Matera!
